H-Tek Tire and Auto Care

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I needed repairs done before a trip to Florida, and they went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and taken care of in time so I could make my trip without having to change my plans. When I returned, they got me back in and took care of the remaining issues with the same level of professionalism and attention. The entire experience was excellent—they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, fast, and professional throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find a repair shop that you can feel confident trusting with your vehicle, but these guys earned my trust. They genuinely seemed to care about getting everything taken care of properly and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Excellent customer service, quality work, and a shop I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back here in the future.

Been using this place for years. This time was no exception, got me right in tested to find my problem. Installed the part I’m back on the road. Excellence at it best, and friendly too. Thank you again!!! Greg Depriest

While traveling from upstate NY to western North Carolina my Diesel GMC decided to go into limp mode on me! AAA recommended these guys and boy am I glad they did! These guys diagnosed and repaired my truck incredibly fast and at a cost that made my day. They use modern tech to keep my updated the entire time. My only regret is that they are so far away from my home because I would make them my go to repair shop! Thanks Guys!

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was given recommendations and pricing before the work was done. The service I received was for poor gas mileage. So far, I can't really tell a difference but I'll give it some more time before I follow up.

Five-star service and communication! After another shop could not figure out why my dash lights (ABS/4WD/TRACTION CONTROL/BREAK) were coming on after a repair, I was feeling pretty discouraged. Seth kept me informed every step of the way, and the team diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Their after-hours drop-off is simple, their pricing is transparent, and their digital inspections (including photos) are incredibly helpful for planning future maintenance on your vehicle. Professional, honest, and highly recommended. I’m a customer for life! Thank you so much H-TEK for the peace of mind and the excellent work!
